🎰 DAY 3/ Inventory Optimization: Stop overcomplicating inventory tracking and assortment planning. I’ll give you a streamlined process to manage your boutique’s inventory that will make you more profitable!
Everything will be taught for each level so you can work on where you are, and know where you want to be.
When you sign up for this class series, you will have access to 3 nights of topic specific classes with me, Emily Benson, retail educator and expert.
Using the Start/Grow/Scale Framework, I'll teach everyone in the (virtual) room each topic, email marketing, branding and inventory optimization through the lens of beginner to advanced.
Even if you are considered in the Scale range, maybe you never look at your inventory numbers, or haven't established a consistent email marketing plan. That's ok! You'll get the exact action steps to take so it becomes easy and actionable.

⭐️ SCALE: for those boutique owners making $20k+ per month, you'll also be able to run through the basics and more advanced work to clarify you have the systems set up. You'll also learn more advanced segmentation, brand development strategies and the basics of building an inventory plan.
