Give them a name, (mine was Allie) and really understand who they are. This will guide you along the way and help you make better decisions about the products you carry and the marketing strategies you use.
You Need to Stand Out

What makes you different from every other boutique out there? What sets you apart? What do you stand for? Once you have a clear brand message, everything else will fall into place.
