Ask yourself who is your ideal customer? Write down a descriptive profile of who you want to sell to. Where do they live? What kind of job do they have? How old are they? And any other details that may help you zoom in on who that customer is. 

When you are looking at locations, these are the people that you want to look for. Are you seeing them in that area? 

Your ideal customer is the person who walks into your boutique or visits your site and wants to buy EVERYTHING. They love you and they love you style. Your ideal customer is who you want to keep in mind when you head to market. If you are unclear who you are shopping for, you are going to be all over the place in your product assortment (which I will talk about next!)
